Executive DirectorAs CEO of Graber Joinery LLC a Custom Furniture and Design Company in Dade City, Tim Graber brings a passion for craftsmanship, leadership, and community to his role as Executive Director of the Dade City History Center. With years of experience leading large-scale projects and working alongside some of the brightest minds in his field, Tim’s approach is guided by creativity, collaboration, and a deep respect for tradition.
Tim’s academic background includes a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Organizational Leadership and Change (MSM-OLC), providing him with expertise in leadership theory, strategy, and change management. Certified in Six Sigma and committed to continuous improvement, he believes that every challenge is an opportunity for positive growth.
Tim’s thoughtful leadership style is rooted in humility, curiosity, and a genuine care for people and their stories. He is dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and where the rich heritage of Dade City can be celebrated and shared.

Vice PresidentAs the founder and owner of Corry’s Artisan Chocolates in Dade City, Corry Graber brings a unique blend of passion, creativity, and culinary artistry to her role as Vice President of the Dade City History Center. A classically trained chef from the Secchia Institute for Culinary Education, Corry’s dedication to her craft is beautifully complemented by her unwavering commitment to community and the preservation of local heritage. Her journey in the culinary world has taught her the importance of blending tradition with innovation—a spirit she brings wholeheartedly to the Center.
Corry’s thoughtful approach and collaborative leadership ensure that every voice and story within the community is valued and celebrated. With humility, empathy, and a genuine love for Dade City, she is honored to work alongside staff, volunteers, and supporters to keep our unique history alive and accessible. PresidentJoy Lynn’s journey is a testament to the power of storytelling and the preservation of our shared history. Renowned for her captivating and mesmerizing stories, Joy has a unique gift for bringing the past to life making every encounter with her an opportunity to learn, reflect, and connect.
As the longtime owner and steward of the historic Whipple Company Store in West Virginia, Joy became a beloved figure in the world of preservation, welcoming visitors from near and far to experience the rich legacy of the coalfields. Her warmth, authenticity, and passion for history inspired countless individuals and underscored the importance of safeguarding community memory.
After her time in West Virginia, Joy continued her dedication to history by founding the Dade City Heritage and Culture Museum. Through this new chapter, she brings her remarkable vision, leadership, and heartfelt commitment to her role as President of the Dade City History Center. Joy’s presence fosters a culture of curiosity, pride, and stewardship ensuring that the stories and spirit of Dade City’s past continue to resonate for generations to come.

SecretaryAs owning partner of Prelude Academy of the Arts in Dade City, Charlotte Lewis brings her lifelong love of music and the arts to her role as Secretary of the Dade City History Center. A classically trained violinist and accomplished performer, Charlotte’s passion for music is woven into every aspect of her work and community involvement.
Charlotte’s journey as a musician has taught her the value of harmony, creativity, and connection—qualities she brings to the History Center. Whether performing with local symphonies, collaborating with contemporary composers, or inspiring students through her academy, Charlotte is dedicated to making the arts accessible and meaningful for all.
Her deep appreciation for both classical traditions and her Appalachian heritage shines through in her teaching and performances, helping to bridge generations and celebrate the diverse stories that shape Dade City. Charlotte’s thoughtful leadership and heartfelt commitment ensure that the History Center remains a place where culture, creativity, and community flourish together.
